The conference is being held at massive new church in Asuncion called Centro Familiar de Adoracion (CFA). And it is NEW. As in it's not done yet. Several of the upper floors are incomplete. There are signs of paused construction everywhere: cement mixers, ladders and lots of caution tape. Apparently the sidewalk, grass and planters were installed less than 48 hours before conference began. The worship space seats 10,000 with plans to expand to 20,000. Oh, and the only type of chair in the entire building are rented plastic lawn chairs.
We eat in the top floor of the parking garage underneath the building.
